All juvenile non-traffic citations will be heard individually in private. A parent/guardian is required at the court appearance. Juveniles cited for traffic offenses will be handled the same as an adult in the open courtroom. Please bring your citation with you to court.

The Mid-Moraine Municipal Court has jurisdiction over persons between the ages of 12 and 16. Juveniles have the same rights as adults in entering a plea. The municipal court judge has wide discretion when imposing penalties involving juveniles.
