INFORMATION REGARDING WHERE TO APPEAR FOR COURT

The court is held at the various member municipalities.  If you intend to appear for Court, below is an alphabetical list of where Court is held for each municipality.  Please check your citation or Court Handout to make sure you know the time and the court location where you are to appear.

Cedarburg – Cedarburg Police Dept W75 N444 Wauwatosa Rd, Cedarburg (Community Room)
Fredonia – Port Washington City Hall 100 W Grand Av, Port Washington (Court is NOT held at the Fredonia Village Hall)
Germantown – Germantown Village Hall N112 W17001 Mequon Rd, Germantown
Grafton – Grafton Village Hall 860 Badger Circle, Grafton
Hartford (City & Town) – Hartford City Hall 109 N Main St, Room L01, Hartford
Jackson – Jackson Municipal Complex N168 W19851 Main St, Jackson
Kewaskum – Kewaskum Fire Dept 1106 Fond du Lac Av, Kewaskum (Court location will be updated in Spring 2025)
Mequon – Mequon City Hall 11333 N Cedarburg Rd, Mequon
Newburg – West Bend City Hall 1115 S Main St, West Bend (Court is NOT held at the Newburg Village Hall)
Port Washington – Port Washington City Hall 100 W Grand Av, Port Washington
Saukville – Saukville Police Dept 649 E Green Bay Av, Saukville (Community Room)
Slinger – Slinger Village Hall 300 Slinger Rd, Slinger
Trenton – West Bend City Hall 1115 S Main St, West Bend (Court is NOT held at the Trenton Town Hall)
Thiensville – Thiensville Village Hall 250 Elm St, Thiensville
West Bend – West Bend City Hall 1115 S Main St, West Bend

Only payments and correspondence are received at the Municipal Court Administrative Office.  In addition to payments, the various types of correspondence that the Court routinely receives are Not Guilty pleas, Motion to Reopen requests, Payment Plans, and other various Court documents.  The Municipal Court accepts any filings either in person or by mail at 962 W. Paradise Drive West Bend WI 53095 or by email at info@mmmcourt.com.
