We are open for operation, but only one person will be allowed in the lobby at a time.  You may still contact the court via telephone, email, fax, and mail. For payments please refer to “make a payment” on the website.

All payment plans must be authorized by the Court Clerk. You will be required to make a down payment towards your citations in person at the Municipal Court administrative office between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m.  The down payment can be made by cash, check, or money order.  After signing your Payment Plan Disclosure form, you will be given information that will allow you to make credit card payments online or in person.

All payments are due on or before the 25th of each month.  If the 25th lands on a Saturday or Sunday, your payment is due the Friday before.  If you are late making your payment, you are at risk of an alternate penalty being imposed.  The alternate penalty could include one or all of the following:  a warrant being issued for your arrest; your operating privileges being suspended and/or your debt being referred to the Wisconsin State Debt Collection.

The Court encourages individuals that are on a payment plan to make the monthly payment as soon as possible during the month.  You are at risk of an alternate penalty being imposed if you miss your payment.

If you are interested in a payment plan, please contact our office at 262-334-5700.
