Please read the following information before submitting your payment plan request:
If you are requesting a payment plan or payment hearing, make sure all fields on the form below are completed. You will receive a confirmation email advising if your payment plan request has been approved within five (5) business days.
All payments are due on or before the 25th of each month. If the 25th lands on a Saturday or Sunday, your payment is due the Friday before. The Court encourages individuals that are on a payment plan to make your monthly payment as soon as possible during the month. If you are late making your payment, your payment plan will be cancelled. The alternate penalty for failure to pay could result in one or all of the following occurring: a warrant being issued for your arrest; your operating privileges being suspended, your debt being referred to the Wisconsin State Debt Collection (SDC) and/or issuance of an income assignment.
